The finest oatmeal (providing 40 grams complex carbohydrates, 4 grams fat (saturated .5 g) and 8 grams dietary fiber, fortified with a proprietary blend of six proteins (whey, soy, wheat, defatted egg & milk, casein), which provides 25 grams of high-quality protein per serving. We carry two versions of the oats: one is sweetened with Sunette, an artificial sweetener, and one is unsweetened. The packet provides for 8 ample servings.
